Broker Accreditation Form

Step 1: SUBMIT

Accomplish the Broker’s Accreditation Form, and the following requirements:

    For real estate brokers:
  • PRC ID
  • DHSUD ID
  • BIR 2303 Certificate of Registration
    • For real estate agents:
  • PRC ID
  • DHSUD ID
  • BIR 2303 Certificate of Registration
  • DTI Certificate of Registration
  • SEC Certificate of Incorporation

    • Submit application to: accreditation@rcdland.com
Knowledge Seminar

Step 2: ATTEND

As soon as your application for accreditation has been received, our Broker’s Coordinator will contact you to schedule a Project Knowledge Seminar and Site Orientation.

Once accredited, you will constantly receive updates, availability of inventory and latest promos/incentives from the broker’s coordinator assigned to you.
